Where did that tentacle come from in the 1st panel?
Until now I thought he made them out of his hands, but It looks to me like that one’s sprouting out of his upper back… ?

He has back tentacles in addition to index-and-middle-finger tentacles! (And possibly even more that we haven’t seen yet)
