It always hits me just how much of a nice guy Ethan is. He is stranded in a world not his own and still puts others first.

Aw, I’m glad you think he’s a good egg! Got a lot of learning and growing to do, but a good egg.

We await to see what this egg will hatch into.

Seriously though. The angle/ perspective, shortening and anatomy on an underwater-swimming-scene/ moment (‘middle’ panel) is -again- astonishing!
These should be framed and hung on a wall.

Thank you! Underwater scenes are full of opportunities to do poses and angles that aren’t possible out of water, so it was fun and challenging.

Well, if you like working on those poses and angles – there *is* magic in this realm!
You are the one who could ‘attribute’ the ability to float or fly to a character ;-)

…. and that idea had me just realise, how d a r n well our Ethan could fill out a certain set of spandex?
You nkow, something with a cape and an S… How his chiseled face could absolutely ‘pull off’ a pair of horn-rimmed specs.
Kidding !!

And -not ‘kidding’ this time – on a bit of re-read, again!-
the hand, close to the viewer and big, is also great. Realistic, ‘curved’/ cupped (?) and beautifully lit/ highlighted :-)

Okay, this scene is adorable, but when he first reaches for the stick … I mean … it looked like it could have some other uses, let’s just say.
